“I saved a total of $2,500 dollars this weekend when I made better choices. The difference is not only the saving of money. I used to handle these things with quite a bit of upset and I would ruminate on them and also feel very angry that I had to deal with it. Let alone, be angry for what people charged me (without questioning). I gave it a lot of energy. And I was a victim.
This time I did not make it the focus, but simply to move through it, make a better choice and be done right away. It has been happening since the car that I bought and "gave back" in one weekend with no real upset. I did it and it was over. Now that is really different.
I saved money, saved time and saved personal emotional energy. Now I am going to spend the extra emotional energy on what I want. These little mechanical repairs are just that - minor repairs, not a major life upset, not a focus. These things are not significant. What is significant is who I really am and where I am really going. That is what I want to spend my time and money and emotion on.”…one month later …”I have accomplished a litany of things that span work, life, personal and family. And the most important thing of all - I realized I love myself - and I can see this being reflected all around me.
The most important thing is that I love myself!”…a few weeks later…”It was really a good session with you last week and my breakthrough understanding has stayed with me and it feels really different being who I am and it is really amazing how long this has lasted since that meeting and how well I feel.” Christine

Both the client and the coach are clear on the relationship and what they aim to accomplish together. Quarterly evaluations and assessments are also presented to the client.
